Deepa Chandrasekaran


Dr. Deepa Chandrasekaran is an Associate Professor of Marketing and also the Anheuser-Busch Endowed Professor and Department Chair of Marketing at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She received her Ph.D. in Business from the University of Southern California, and an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Her academic research expertise lies in the areas of innovation, digital platforms, marketing strategy, international marketing, new product development and design. Her research articles have been published in Journal of Marketing, Marketing Science, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Psychology and the International Journal of Research in Marketing. She is an Associate Editor for Journal of Product Innovation Management and Journal of International Marketing and in the Editorial Board for Journal of Marketing and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.
