Curriculum Vitae

Mona Töller is a doctoral student at the Chair of Retailing and Customer Management since July 2025. She holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne. During her studies, she supported the chair as a student assistant. She also completed internships in both the retail and FMCG industries.
