Michiel Van Crombrugge

Michiel Van Crombrugge is Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Erasmus School of Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam since 2018. He earned a Ph.D. in Business Economics and an MSc in Business Engineering from KU Leuven. His research focuses on multichannel retailing, manufacturer direct selling and platform markets, and has been published in the Journal of Marketing. For his research, Michiel mostly relies on data from FMCG and high-technology markets (e.g., consumer electronics, video games). At the Erasmus School of Economics, he teaches courses on empirical marketing and marketing research methods.
