Suzanne Bies
About
Suzanne Bies is an assistant professor at the University of Groningen. She received her PhD from Tilburg University, with her dissertation focusing on the effectiveness of different activation techniques on consumer behavior in temporary loyalty programs. Her work has been published in the International Journal of Research in Marketing and was nominated as finalist for the IJRM best paper award in 2021. More broadly, het research interests include, but are not limited to, loyalty programs, consumer-shopping behavior in the retail setting, and digital- and social media marketing.
