Victoria Kramer
About
Dr. Victoria Kramer is an Assistant Professor of Marketing Management at the University of Münster’s Marketing Center. She earned her PhD from the same university in January 2023. Her research revolves around the dynamic interplay of B2B Marketing, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management. She is especially interested in how digital transformation and servitization affect these domains. She also investigates how the increasing focus on health and wellbeing influences sales and service management. She uses qualitative (theories-in-use, fsQCA) and quantitative (regression-based) methods to address these issues. Her research was published in journals such as Industrial Marketing Management and European Journal of Marketing. For her dissertation, she received the AMA Sales SIG best dissertation award in 2023.
