Erica Ji Hyun Lee
About
Erica Ji Hyun Lee is a third-year doctoral student in Business Administration (Marketing) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research interests include new technologies, consumer values and relationships, and branding. For her dissertation, her work investigates how consumers respond to the strategic implementation of technologies by focusing on the impact of AI as an intermediary between consumer-brand dyads and the role of consumer orientations in human-AI interactions. Erica holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of British Columbia, and a M.S. in Marketing from Korea University.
