Jacqueline Chang is a PhD Candidate in Marketing at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. Her research centers on two interlinked areas: public policy and marketing strategy. She is examining the impact of governmental regulations on the marketing strategies of various firms, with a particular focus on environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and good governance. Her motivation for this research stems from a desire to contribute to the advancement of sustainable and ethical business practices.

Before embarking on her doctoral journey, Jacqueline was awarded a Master of Arts in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. Her academic path is further enriched by a broad range of professional experiences. With a background in entrepreneurship, she has worked in both the business-to-business products sector and the business-to-consumer services sector for several years. This diverse array of experiences provides her with a distinctive perspective on the evolving challenges and opportunities within the dynamic field of marketing.
