Stephanie brings to her doctoral research in marketing at the University of Groningen practical knowledge drawn from her experience in the retail sector in France and Europe. Her career path has given her a deep understanding of customer behavior, brand loyalty and the ever-changing, yet really profoundly constant, dynamics of the retail landscape.
Currently, her research focuses on exploring the digital dimensions of customer loyalty.
