Wenqian Ni

About

Wenqian is a 4th year Marketing Ph.D. candidate at Indiana University Bloomington. Her research interests include upper echelons in marketing, marketing-finance interface, customer satisfaction, and healthcare in marketing under marketing strategy. Her work focuses on three main streams. One is centered around the role of CMOs on firm performance and how upper echelons above CMOs affect CMOs’ role and firm marketing performance. Second, she is interested in how the practice of using customer satisfaction in the industry can be improved. Lastly, she is exploring the role of marketing in healthcare industries. Prior to joining IU, she received her B.A. and M.S. from Michigan State University.
