Elham Yazdani

About

Elham Yazdani is an assistant professor of marketing at the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. She received her Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Utah. Elham uses quantitative methods to study user or firm engagement behavior on digital platforms. She has published in top-tier marketing journals such as Marketing Science, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing, and Production and Operations Management. Her research interests include applications of digital and data driven marketing, social networks, and online user engagement. In her ongoing projects, she uses empirical/multi-method approaches to study topics related to racial/gender stereotypes in social networks, and the mitigating factors for such biases from different perspectives.
