L'Oréal in partnership with Adobe Express is calling on students to help them revolutionise men’s beauty and care experience through innovative consumer products, disruptive tech, and new business ideas

L’Oréal Brandstorm is L’Oréal’s flagship innovation competition for the under-30s and the only certified youth innovation competition in the world. This year, we're not just looking for great ideas, we're seeking exceptional talent. For the 1st time, participants will be evaluated based on the Brandstorm Potential Criteria, offering a unique opportunity for individuals to showcase their skills and passion. Who is it for?
Undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in German universities who are under 30 years old. No previous experience in the field is required.

What is needed to participate?

  • register from this link:  (<2 minutes);
  • create a team of 3 people or join an existing one on the platform; and  
  • submit a 3min video pitch answering 5 questions and 3 slides explaining their idea (PPT or PDF) by Thursday, 10th April 2025.

What are the next steps?

  • Project evaluation and shortlisting: 10 April to 15 May 2025
  • Pitch event at L’Oréal offices in the DACH region: 15 May 2025
  • Final pitch event in Paris for selected teams: 25 June 2025
