New case study about digital platforms

We are glad to announce that the case study “Expanding the Traditional Retail Model: Douglas’ Path Towards a Multichannel Beauty Platform”  (ECCH case 520-0102-1) has been released. It has been authored by Profs Werner Reinartz and Nico Wiegand with the support of former CEMS student Julia Winderling. The case study can be accessed via the website of the European Case Clearing House (https://www.thecasecentre.org). The case describes the transformation journey of the leading European beauty retailer Douglas, attempting to become a platform business.
