Purpose
Our purpose of the collaboration with the University of Cologne as EY is to strengthen the exchange between research and practical application in the area of customer experience. Our goal is to work closely together on innovative topics and thus promote a synergy between science and industry. This collaboration includes providing insights and collaboration on current student theses on the topic of customer experience. Through our joint appearance (virtual and physical) we would like to increase the awareness of our expertise in this subject area among students and companies.
