Master Thesis with the Departments of the Marketing Area
Every year about 175 students write theses with the Marketing Area. Topics cover specific marketing problems and, particularly, their relevance for managers. Therefore, we gladly welcome topics in cooperation with companies. These topics should entail applications of academic knowledge into current marketing issues of the company. Please consider that we cannot accept topics that lack any academic component.

Master theses run 6 months. For theses in cooperation with companies, the Marketing Area takes over the supervision on the academic part as well as the grading. Students have a fix supervisor, either a doctoral student or postdoc, from the team of the marketing area. Companies provide students with a supervision on the business part. They should ideally determine a responsible contact person that guides the student from the company's side.
